Digital Skills is an online learning platform, that has been developed in-house by the Digital Transformation Division, to support staff in developing digital capabilities in their areas of interest.  Accessible to staff behind the University’s Single Sign-On (SSO) are:

  • A tailored self-assessment quiz, aligned to your role and department. It’s simple to complete and takes less than 30 minutes.
  • A confidential, personalised dashboard, showing your strengths and giving you personalised training recommendations.
  • 24/7 access to nearly 500 internal and external training resources, covering a wide range of skills and topics including digital wellbeing and e-safety.

Colleagues are advised to use the self-assessment quiz to inform your Performance Development Review (PDR) conversations with your manager, to help support a discussion around your digital skills development.
